For orders under 2,000 pairs, the only sole or shoe colors available are the colors listed. For orders exceeding 2,000 pairs, you may select any color of shoe or shoe. Any color of uppers are available for any size of order for Pride Slides and Underdawgs. We are only able to produce the sizes available in our sizing chart. Additional sizes may be possible for large orders over 2,000 pairs.

Orders can be cancelled up until the slides are produced. Any time after they are produced and ship, contact us with any issues.

Our upper microfiber materials and sole and shoe EVA materials are environmentally friendly and can be recycled. Our products are not made from recycled materials unless specifically indicated.

Yes, most charms from other brands fit in our clogs with no issues. We do not make custom charms.

Yes! We ship worldwide. There may be additional duties to pay to complete your shipment.

Due to the complexity of our production process, we are unable to make single custom pairs, one-offs, or print on demand drop ship orders. We provide stock samples for review before placing an order to make sure you love our product and pre-production samples are available if necessary with a confirmed order. Fundraiser buyers can order single pairs as part of the bulk shipment of shoes in their respective school's program. We do not ship direct to houses, the sales organizer is responsible for distribution.
